Due to money being tight I have to experiment to get results I desire with my cooking. Yesterday I took a bag of croûtons that was half full from a salad I made for an old friend who visited and using a fruit juicer I made a breading for some chicken I had in the freezer. Though since I had never breaded a chicken before it just fell right off the meat as I was eating. A fact that honestly depressed me. The mix of herbs I used however was both nice and enjoyable. I really wish I had some fish receipes

You have to have some kind of "wash" for it to stick. You could try plain milk, but an egg would work too. Also, you can make awesome BBQ baked chicken if you bread your chicken with crushed BBQ chips and bake it instead of frying. Yeah, I know, tater chips on chicken....just trust me on it.
